(Blue fenugreek) Near relative of fenugreek. Powdered leaves and flowers used in Switzerland to flavour and colour Schabzieger or Sapsago cheese. Also to flavour bread, soups, potato dishes and to make an aromatic tea. Young seedlings as fresh greens with oil and salt.
