Thyme is typically low maintenance, but will need to be trimmed back after flowering to encourage a bushy growth. Sensitive to over watering, as thyme is susceptible to fungal diseases and root rot. Harvest in the morning, just before flowering as concentrations of aromatic oils are highest at this time. Ht. 3-6 inches. Spread 6 – 9 inches.
