Improved tetraploid strain of German chamomile for commercial production. Erect, sturdy growth habit and larger flowers containing up 0.7% essential oil high in bisabolol and other medicinal compounds. Flowers are large and dry yields can be as high as 800 kg/ha (700 lbs/acre).
