(Malaysian cinnamon) Sourced from Indonesian cassia, Batavia cassia or the Padang cassia, this is very similar to the best Ceylon cinnamon, the spicy culinary ingredient we are all familiar with for baking and sweets. It is also known for its powerful medicinal benefits. The powdered bark has been used for coughs, chest complaints, malaria, diarrhea and nausea.
