(Carnation) Delicate pink, red and white flowers add a vibrant and fragrant touch to the garden as well as an incredible eye catching clove-flavoured garnish for salads and deserts. Once used to flavour ales and wines. A great choice for potpourris and herb sachets. Can be made infused into hot sugar syrup to be used on fruit salads. Plant in neutral to alkaline well drained soil in full sun. Height 50cm.
