Softneck form. One of the best for northern growers, but does well in southern areas also. Plants are larger and hardier than most softneck varieties; cloves are large too, only 8-12 cloves per bulb. Excellent strong flavour: hot, but not too hot. Good variety for braiding. Due to government regulations, this item can only be shipped within Canada and the U.S.
