Hull-less seeds yield a medicinally-active oil used in Central Europe for inflammations, hypertrophy of the prostate, and for arteriosclerosis. Has high vitamin E content, and like evening primrose stimulates the synthesis of prostaglandins. Culture like other pumpkins.
