This little melon is exquisite. Small round, with greenish flesh, it looks like a miniature honeydew melon. In the countryside around Zhuang Zhou, in China, many unique melon varieties, largely unknown to the West, are cultivated. We tasted this little melon in a local market and it is as delectable as an apple -- one can eat the skin and all!
