My wife want to know how she might increases
her breast size without surgery.
She heard there is a product similar to an ingredient
in beer sold overseas but not here in the U.S.
If you know of something similar let us know.
We have answered questions similar to yours previously. Please go to our
website at http://www.richters.com, and then go to the "Q&A" area and
search for "breast". I don't know of an ingredient in beer sold oversees
that is used for that purpose, although many of the herbs listed by James
Duke, below, have been used in beer making in the past.
James Duke, in "The Green Pharmacy" (available from Richters) has reported
research that indicate that the sprouts of fenugreek may enlarge women's
breasts. Duke has developed a recipe with breast-enhancing herbs, calling
it "Bustea". To make the tea, pour two cups of water over one cup of
fenugreek sprouts. Add a dash of fennel seeds, anise, basil, caraway,
dill, licorice, marjoram and lemongrass. Bring to a boil, then let it
cool. Add lemon juice and honey to taste. Drink one to two cups per day.
Duke reports that fenugreek contains diosgenin, a chemical often used to
create semisynthetic forms of estrogen, which causes the growth of breast
cells and contributes to water retention. Fenugreek may also be applied
externally to the breasts by grinding the seeds or sprouts, adding a bit
of olive oil and applying the mixture as a paste.
Fennel has estrogenic effects as well. Duke warns that fennel oil must
not be used, that in pregnant women it may cause miscarriage and that in
doses greater than a teaspoon it can be toxic.
Folklore maintains that the other herbs in Bustea can help enlarge
breasts.
Other herbs that Duke reports that have been used to enhance breast size
are Saw Palmetto, which has a folk tradition for this purpose, and may be
taken according to package directions, Wild Yam, which contains some
diosgenin, and Cumin, which has shown to increase the number of mammary
cells in laboratory animals. Cumin can be used liberally in cooking, or
added to the Bustea recipe.
Breasts may be made to appear larger by exercising the pectoral muscles.
