The first place to begin is to look at a homemade diet. Beyond that, there are a myriad of possibilities. Is your greyhound a rescue dog? If so, perhaps there is residual trauma form his former life. Is there stress in his present household? Does he get enough exercise and is he of a good weight? Does he receive lots of attention and love from the family? All of the above can contribute to his general health status and therefore the quality of his coat.
