Herb Yield Estimates

On your website under pro growers info, you list yields for fresh herbs. Are these yield estimates per season, per cutting, etc.?

They are meant to be per season but they are very rough estimates. In most cases they are based on assumptions that don’t always apply. For example, a herb that yields one harvest in temperate zones may yield a second harvest in a warmer zone. Or, for example, in areas where labour is cheap and hand weeding is a viable option herbs can often be planted more densely than we assumed and thus higher per hectare yields can be achieved. We tried to find a middle ground that would apply to most growers but we knew that it is impossible to cover all cases.
