Can you tell me what spices make up Herb de Provence?

The main signature herb of the famed Herbes de Provence blend is lavender. The Provence is the lavender growing region in France. Although lavender is usually thought of as a perfume or potpourri herb, it is surprisingly good as a culinary herb. Besides lavender, the Provence herb mix contains herbs typical of the area such as thyme, rosemary, savory and hyssop, all of which grow in the mountains of the Provence region. These herbs are responsible for the warm, hearty flavour characteristic of Provencal cooking.
