Can you tell me how to make and dry garlic for powder?

Starting with fresh garlic bulbs, the cloves must be separated and cut into small pieces, about 3-5 millimetres across. These are dried in sun or in low heat (50 degrees Celsius). Once throughly dried, the pieces are run through a pulverizer (can be an electric coffee grinder permanently deployed for herb processing). It may be necessary to sieve the skin fragments out from the final product.
