I have a recipe for Oyster Rockerfeller and it calls for "herbsaint". I have never heard of this and was wondering what was. I am assuming it may be a combination of herbs. I would appreciate any insight you may have on this.

We have never heard of a herb or herb mixture called "herbsaint" either. It does not show up in any of our reference books.

Usually, Oyster Rockerfeller is prepared without herbs, but if you wanted to add a herbal twist, you could add some fresh-chopped chives, marjoram, tarragon or basil.
