I have some eau de cologne mint in my garden and am not sure of its culinary properties. Could you help please?

"Eau de cologne" mint is a type of orange mint with a mild floral aroma. Try adding a handful of fresh leaves to a pot of Earl Grey Tea (served hot or cold) or brew by itself. Add chopped to enhance a fruit salad as it goes well with apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums and citrus fruit. Also add to fruit drinks (infused in white wine or in Sangria, in a Mint Mimosa – see recipe in my book, "Thyme in the Kitchen"), smoothies, dessert sauces (coulis), jams and other preserves and in desserts such Orange Mint Baked Custard or Minted Mango Mousse (see recipes in "Thyme in the Kitchen"). Great in a fruit salsa (Mango Pineapple Salsa) to go with chicken, pork or fish.
