Can fresh bay leaves be frozen from a plant or should they be dried out?

Yes, you can freeze them, or use them taken directly from the plant. However, drying intensifies and sweetens the flavour. Please also see more infomation on bay leaves by looking up Bay Leaf in our Q&A.
