I guess you would be the people to ask how to sucessfully germinate and grow gotu kola herb. Could you please advise?

Gotu kola is native to swampy hot areas of India and therefore needs to be kept moist and slightly shady at all times. We find it can take fairly cool temperatures during the winter (about 45 degrees Fahrenheit), but does not grow much then. The seeds take a long time to germinate. We find that a few may sprout right away and the rest could take half a year or more to show any germination. They will germinate a few at a time when they do sprout. So patience is an important asset! Keep the seed flat covered with plastic to avoid drying out during that long waiting period.
