We are previous customers of yours and last year were very happy with the french shallots that we ordered from you. From the crop that we harvested in the fall, we have kept some for planting again this spring. We have a question: the shallot bulbs that we have are a good size compared to the bulbs we planted last year - is it okay to use these for replanting?

Go right ahead and plant the larger bulbs; they will split nicely into many more "babies".
