Do the leaves of germander, hyssop, English thyme, and winter savory (Satureja montana) remain evergreen over the winter in your area?

In our zone five location just north of Lake Ontario, English thyme is the only plant in your list that is reliably evergreen. The other three will remain green for most of the winter, but by spring they start to look pretty brown, but are soon green again because of new growth.
