Ginkgo Not Growing

I got two ginkgo plants and am wondering what conditions it needs. I transplanted it to a bigger pot. I don’t see any new growth yet. It.s about three weeks since I got them.

This being the autumn in Canada, ginkgo will not grow much the rest of this season. The next growth spurt will be next spring and summer. The existing leaves will likely turn yellow and fall, and new buds for next year’s growth will remain on the stem. If the leaves fall, you must take care to avoid overwatering and to keep them cool at around 5 to 10 degrees Celsius.
