I would like to know if the culture of Reishi Mushroom can be done indoors? Is it very easy?

Reishi mushrooms can be grown quite easily indoors. They are kept in the plastic bags that the block came in. The bag is opened only about 1 centimeter, the bag is put on its side so that the opening faces sideways and is loosely placed into another larger clear bag that is left open on the side where the hole is. Keep the bagged block at 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit (21 to 27 degrees Celsius) near a north window (or any other place where it receives some light but no sun) with the light being there for 12 hours, followed by darkness for 12 hours. The relative humidity of the air around the block must be about 90 to 95%. There should be two crops in 90 to 120 days.

For the sheep sorrel, what part of the plant is used medicinally?

The aerial or above ground parts.

In the book "Growing and Using Oregano", by Sara Pitzer, are there recipes with oregano herb?

There are 10 recipes in the book, all very different.
