Moleplant (Euphorbia lathyrus) Repels Squirrels?

I am looking for any natural repellent that will keep squirrels off my roof and gridling away at it. I understand that gopher spurge is good for that. The latin name is the above. Or, if you know of anything else I can use I would appreciate your input.

We have not heard that moleplant, or gopher spurge, repels squirrels. Even if it did, it is unlikely to help in your case because moleplant seems to work on gophers and moles when it is planted in the ground. The idea is that gophers will not like to dig close when it is growing in the area. To keep squirrels away from your roof you would have to put some plant material in the way of the animals and we just don’t know if that would work.
