Edible Herb for Trellis Answered by: Conrad Richter Question from: Anne Stringer Posted on: March 14, 2001
I have a small herb garden in which I would like to put a trellis with some climbing edible. I need to hide something unsightly.
I cannot think of an edible herb that will climb on a trellis. There are several possibilities among the medicinal and aromatic herbs: for example, hops (perennial), morning glory (annual), passion flower (perennial) and jasmine (tender perennial).
