I was wondering if you could recommend books for the following interests.

I have experience using medicinal herbs for asthma and the immune system but I bought them. Now I am going to grow them: I need help in growing the plant from seed and knowing how much and what part of the plant I need to use for my asthma. I have used the following herbs in the past; mullein, ephedra, astragalus, licorice, ginger, primrose oil, nettles, in conjunction with quercitin, B vitamins, etc. I also went to a herbalist who gave me chinese herbs. I had some success but it was very expensive and I couldn’t keep up.

Here are a few books that cover growing your own herbal remedies. All are available from Richters. Go to the online catalogue at http://www.richters.com to order.
