This email is sent as a result of an idea that I had to get sweeter tomatoes in my home garden. Can you tell me if used dry stevia cuts (tea type of cuts) as a fertilizer on my tomatoes would they help me to increase the sugar content of the tomatoes?

No, stevia would not help make your tomatoes sweeter. The sweetening compounds in stevia called steviosides are not absorbed by other plants such as tomatoes.
