I have an apple mint plant that is flowering. Can I get seeds from these?

You will likely get seeds but the plants that come from them will not likely be the same as the mother plant. Most mints are natural hybrids and as such they are either incapable of producing seeds or if they produce seeds the progeny revert to a range of forms, scents and flavours, and most of the scents amd flavours will not be very desirable. This is why the best mints sold today are produced from cuttings and not seeds.
