I recently found some white mould growing on the soil which my thyme plant is planted on. Do you have any suggestions? I live in Singapore.

Reduce watering if at all possible and stir up the soil where you see fungus growing. When you do water use some 3-5% hydrogen peroxide as the watering agent instead of whatever water you were using. You could also sprinkle some sulphur dust ("flower of sulphur") around the plants. Tea tree oil at the rate of 1 to 2 drops per litre of water plus a couple of drops of dishwash detergent as an emulsifying agent might work too.
