I’m planning to have a garden for selected culinary herbs. Can they be grown here in the Philippines? Please help me with this matter, I am currently doing my research about herbs. Where should I buy seeds of those herbs?

You can buy the seeds from Richters, since we ship to the entire world. Our catalogue is just the resource you need, since we list the climatic zones in which the given herbs can be grown year-round out of doors. To the right of the Latin name of each plant you will find a "Z" and the range of zones they can be grown in. I presume you are in the tropics or zone 11. Most annuals should be just fine in your zone.

Also I would suggest you consult our web-site www.richters.com under "News&Info" and check out the "Q&A" as well as the "Richters InfoCentre" sections in it. In the "Q&A" section search for "tropics" to get plants that do well there and in the "Richters InfoCentre" check the "Richters Herb Growing Infobase" to get growing and zone information for individual herbs.
