How do I keep bugs off my upland cress?

Use a neem spray (2 tsp neem oil plus 1 tsp dishwash detergent or insecticidal soap concentrate in one quart/litre of water) once a week and wash it off from any harvested pieces, since it smells like rotten onions. Use soapy water to remove the oil. After a while the bugs will probably have left your planting for good.
