This may be a weird question, but it is not intended as a joke. I have been searching desperately to try to find some answers, but I have found nothing. I recently stumbled across your website, and figured that I would ask one of the specialists there. I am trying to find out if there REALLY ARE any herbs or supplements that will make male ejaculation more palatable. My boyfriend and I are having serious issues when it comes to engaging in oral sex, and I would GREATLY appreciate some information on the subject. Are there any substances that would make the semen taste sweeter, or simply BETTER? Thank you in advance for your help.

What effect herbs have on the taste of semen has never been studied scientifically as far as we know. There are anecdotal reports that parsley can "sweeten" the taste, while garlic can make the taste less agreeable.

Most of the anecdotal information we have seen concerns the effects of diet on the semen. For example, it is suggested that fruits such as banana, papaya, kiwi, pineapple and watermelon can improve the taste, as can the parsley relative, celery. Meanwhile dairy foods, red meat, onions, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower apparently have a negative effect on taste. Coffee, smoking and alcohol are also said to make semen taste less agreeable.
