I’m from Malaysia. I would very much appreciate it if you could answer my question below:

I came across a herb combination containing the herbs below, and I doubt whether it is effective for discharging the body’s toxins and boosting the immune system.

Cynanchum otophyllum - 100 mg

Rubia yunnanensis - 100 mg

Panax quinquefolius - 100 mg

Atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma (rhizome) - 60 mg

Nelumbo nucifera folium (leaf) - 40 mg

The above combination is in capsules.

Ginseng (Panax) is a well-known booster of the body’s systems. Bai Zhu (Atractylodes) strengthens the spleen and helps to build chi energy. Lotus (Nelumbo) affects many parts of the body and treats many conditions – over 60, including the spleen and kidneys. We don’t know anything about the other two herbs; but taking what we do know about the other three, I would say that the chance is good that this formula works as advertised.
