My sister-in-law says she suffers from candida in her ears – is that possible? Are there any herbs to help?

Yes, candida can collect in the ear canals. Garlic is an excellent antifungal. Garlic oil ear drops can be made by crushing a clove of garlic in a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Let the mixture sit for one hour, then strain through a coffee filter or fine cheesecloth. Warm the oil to body temperature by sitting the container of the strained mixture in a little warm water. Put 2-3 drops in the ear daily for a few days. Garlic is also beneficial taken internally.

Rather than just attending to the ears, it is important to look at the whole picture.
