Herbs to Dissolve Fatty Tissue?

I have a knot on the back of my neck under the skin that doctors have called fatty tissue. Are there any herbs that can cause this to shrink without having surgery.
The medical term for a fatty lump is lipoma. A lipoma is a benign (non-cancerous) lump of fat tissue just under the skin, most commonly occuring in the neck, shoulders, arms or back.
