I was wondering how is osha used and what’s in it? Also where and how does it grow?

Osha (Ligusticum porteri) is a plant much like the herb lovage. The root used medicinally to reduce mucus and relieve congestion, pain, coughing and wheezing in respiratory problems. It grows well in the south of the United States.

For information on how osha grows, please see other answers on the Q&A section of our website www.richters.com choose Q&A from the main menu, then enter "osha" for the search.
