Can St. John’s wort be taken with wild yam and fenugreek? Could the wild yam or fenugreek replace the St. John’s wort?

There are no reasons why St.John’s wort, wild yam and fenugreek can’t be taken together although the combination would be curious. All three of these herbs have very different properties, effects and uses from each other. The only similarities would be between the fenugreek and the wild yam in that they are both have anti-inflammatory effect on the digestion.
