Is there an herb that would help in dealing with thoughts that intrude into someone’s thinking against his/her will?

But to add to it, various cognitive therapies are really the best treatments for this condition and resolving any underlying issues associated with it. But to help calm the mind in the meantime, nervine herbs such as milky oat seed, oat straw, skullcap, wood betony and vervain can be helpful. Food that are high in B vitamins (vegetables and whole grains) and essential fatty acids (fish and nut oils) are really important as well.
