What is wild cherry bark used for? I have a 50 ml bottle super strength can I mix it with juice?

Cherry bark has a long history used as a cough suppressant and a sedative. It is indicated for dry, irritating and unproductive coughs. It is best to not suppress a wet or productive cough as the body is already working hard to eliminate the mucous. To suppress the cough in this case would be going against what the body is trying to do to help the body. 1 to 5 mls in a little juice would be fine.
