Any suggestions where one might find the turkey rhubarb? It is one of the ingredients in Essaic Tea.

Turkey rhubarb is the same as Chinese rhubarb, which is listed in our catalogue under "R". Because rhubarb is so efficacious as a laxative and a general healer, it was considered very valuable for many centuries. The best rhubarb came from western China and Tibet, and the traders who brought it to Europe attempted to obscure its origin by saying it came from Turkey (through which they passed on the trade route) to foil potential competitors. So they called it "Turkey rhubarb."
