This impressive porcelain garlic has a memorable scent of hickory-smoked salmon when it is freshly dug. When cured the taste is hot and powerful. 3-7 extra large cloves per bulb depending on soil type. Adapts well to many situations, and is tolerant when the weather cycles between wet and dry. Scapes must be removed for optimal yields. Stores well, up to 8-9 months. What´s not to love?
