(Apricot Sprite Agastache) Sometimes called the "Jewel of the Sierra Madre." Indeed it is a jewel, throwing up masses of orange flowers in midsummer. Hummingbirds absolutely love it and will go to it before any visiting other plants. The leaves have a strong minty fragrance and can be used to make tea and can be added to potpourris. It is drought tolerant and deer resistant. Be careful not to overwater. Best grown in full sun or part shade. This cultivar is also known as Apricot Sprite and it won the Fleuroselect Quality Award in 2000. Ht. 45-60cm/18-24in.
