Great sauteed or braised in olive oil, garlic and chili peppers. Also in soup, stir-fries, pasta with sausages, and Italian-style roast pork sandwiches. Start indoors 6 weeks before spring planting time for early harvest, or sow direct late spring for fall harvest. When transplanting take care not to disturb the roots. 60 days.
