My mother just told me of a women who lost 30-40 pounds over just last summer. She was taking a hot pepper pill. She said the pill made her sweat and had no other side effects. Have you heard of this herb, and do you sell it?

Cayenne, or hot red peppers, stimulates the metabolism, so can help in a weight loss program, combined with lots of exercise and a low-fat diet that includes plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.

For other weight loss ideas, you can see questions previously answered on our website at http://www.richters.com. Go to the "Q&A" area, then choose "Search Richters Q and A" enter the word "weight" or "diet" for the search.

We sell cayenne seeds for growing the plant and the dried cayenne pepper which can be added to food, but not the pill.
