Can you please explain what cayenne is? Is it good to have it with garlic and hawthorn berry for blood pressure control?

Cayenne is a spicy hot pepper, used in cooking. Fresh whole cayenne peppers are available in vegetable markets and supermarkets. Crushed and powdered dried cayenne pepper, and cayenne pepper sauces are available in supermarkets. In herbal medicine, cayenne is made into an alcoholic tincture.

Because it is a hot spice, cayenne is useful in stimulating blood flow and warming up the body. Because it improves blood circulation to the digestive system, it is useful in digestive problems. In blood pressure problems, it is useful in regulating the blood flow to all parts of the body, bringing oxygen to all the body cells. It can be used in any of the forms listed above. It is often used with garlic and hawthorn berry in high blood pressure. Hawthorn is used to improve circulation in the blood vessels around the heart. Garlic is used to strengthen the blood vessels and lower cholesterol.
