I am 6 months pregnant. I trying to find out the best herbal remedy to take while in labor to ease my pain. I heard some good things about Black Cohosh. Can you please tell me more?

Raspberry leaf tea is the most safe and most useful herb for preparing the uterus for delivery. For safety purposes, other herbs, like Black Cohosh, should only be used under advisement from a midwife or herbalist.

For more information, please go to our website at http://www.richters.com, choose “Q&A” from the main menu, then choose “Search Richters Q&A”, and enter the word “labour” for the search. A search for “pregnancy” will give you information in the item “Using Raspberry Leaf Tea during Pregnancy”.
