Bodegolds flowers contain up to 0.7% essential oil high in bisabololoxide and other valuable medicinal compounds known to treat inflamation, stomach disorders, depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Sow early, as freezing enhances germination. If starting indoors, wait until seedlings are strong, and plant when last frost has passed. Dry yields can be as high as 800 kg/ha (700 lbs/acre).
