Celeste Fig

Known as the "sugar fig", this is one of the best varieties for drying and for preserves. The fruits are medium-sized with a light brown or violet skin and a strawberry pink flesh. It is a compact plant that does well in containers and where space is limited. Cold tolerant, early ripening variety.
