Green Sacred Basil

(Sri tulsi; Rama tulsi) This is true green sacred basil, traditionally grown in homes, gardens, and near temples throughout India. The aromatic leaves have a soft, slightly sweet, grassy flavour with gentle clove notes and a low-to-mild camphor presence, making it smoother and more approachable than many other basils. It is well-suited for teas, daily tonics, and herbal blends where a gentle flavour is desired, and can also be enjoyed fresh in salads and other cold dishes.
