Huron Sunset Seabuckthorn

A superior female cultivar from The Healing Arc. Like ´Citrus Gold´, the orange berries are large, weighing a gram when fresh, with a nice tinge of red at the tops. Excellent for juice, and for salsa, salads and as a garnish on hospitality plates. Best kept pruned to 150cm/5ft high for easier harvesting.
NOTE: This is a female variety. In order to produce berries male plants must be nearby to pollinate the females. For every 5 females or fewer, home gardeners should plant at least 1 male. Commercial orchards need 1 male for every 10 females.
