(Chinese parsley) An outstanding Israeli variety developed to resist bolting (early flowering) in hot summer weather. The foliage is glossy and medium green with good flavour. It is highly productive, producing upwards of 20 tons of fresh cilantro per hectare (8 tons/acre). Although this variety was meant for commercial growers, it does equally well in home gardens. 50-55 days.
