Hackle or Flax Comb for Fibre Flax

I am Visvambhara Dasa from the Hare Krishna Bio farm community in Hungary.

We have planted flax and fibre hamp this year an I need hand combs or hackles for the further fibre production. I also need fibre flax seeds for the next spring. Could you please help me?

Traditionally flax combs (also known as ‘hackles’) were constructed using a board and nails or pointed wooden dowels. For pictures of two different flax combs please see (scroll down):
